BAJ999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing baj999 through any device — whether you use the website in a browser or the baj999 mobile app available on the Download page — and by registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form the complete agreement between you and baj999 regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or place any bets on baj999.

These terms apply to all products available on baj999 including sports betting on Cricket, PSL, T20 matches, Football, Esports and other markets; Live Casino; Slot Games; Fish Games; and all promotions and bonus offers. 2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Rules

You must keep your account information current. If your contact number, email address or payment details change, update your account settings promptly. baj999 uses your registered contact information for important account communications including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• baj999 may impose account-level restrictions — including deposit limits, withdrawal holds or temporary login suspension — where unusual account activity is detected, pending verification.
• Account balances do not earn interest. Inactive account fees may apply after an extended period of no login activity as notified by baj999.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on baj999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. baj999 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash or Easypaisa directly if you are unsure.

Deposits typically reflect in your baj999 balance within a few minutes of payment confirmation from your chosen method. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the qualifying deposit. baj999 does not send withdrawals to a different account or payment method without completing its standard verification process.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within a few hours under normal conditions. VIP Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive progressively faster processing as a tier benefit.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements first. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded winnings before meeting wagering conditions will result in the bonus portion being removed.
• baj999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal where it is required for verification purposes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of claiming. The general bonus rules below apply to all offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting on baj999 covers Cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments, alongside Football, Esports and other markets. Pre-match and live in-play betting are both available. All bets are subject to the applicable market rules displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the baj999 platform and a bet reference number is issued. A bet displayed on your bet slip but not confirmed in your transaction history is not a valid wager.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, baj999 will apply the standard industry settlement rule for the relevant sport and market. Typically, bets on abandoned Cricket matches are voided and stakes returned unless sufficient overs have been bowled per the specific market rule.
• Obvious pricing errors on any betting market are void. If a market price was clearly incorrect at the time of placement — for example a heavy favourite priced at 50/1 — baj999 reserves the right to void those bets regardless of the outcome.
• Live betting odds change in real time. A bet placed during a live event is accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation, not the odds visible before a network delay on your device.
• All casino, slot, Live Casino and Fish Game results are generated by certified random number generation systems. baj999 does not interfere with game outcomes. Historical results do not influence future results in any game.

7. VIP Programme

Every registered baj999 account is automatically enrolled in the VIP programme. Points are earned on real-money wagers across sports betting, casino games, slots, Live Casino and Fish Games. Bonus-funded wagers do not accumulate VIP points. As points accumulate, your account progresses through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers, each unlocking additional benefits.

• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged directly for PKR outside of the designated cashback and reward structure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on baj999. Any player found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Opening or operating more than one baj999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with baj999 games or betting markets outside of normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Live Casino or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

baj999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion. Common reasons for suspension include suspected breach of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, unusual betting patterns, bonus abuse, or activity that suggests a player may be in difficulty with their gaming habits.

If your account is suspended and you believe this is in error, contact the baj999 support team. The team will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension is confirmed as correct following investigation, the decision is final.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations will not receive a balance refund if funds were acquired through the conduct that led to closure.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Any real-money balance not subject to an active bonus or pending withdrawal will be returned via your registered PKR payment method.
